As summer temperatures start to climb, there's nothing quite like a frosty pineapple slushy to help you cool down. Not only is it refreshing and delicious, but it's also healthy and quick to make.
Trim the pineapple of its rind, then cut in half lengthwise, and cut to the core in a v-shape.

Place ice and pineapple into blender and pulse until required consistency. This is the time to add coconut water or other fresh fruit, frozen fruit, vodka or rum if you are using them. Pour into a glass and serve immediately!
